Port des Torrent

The first major beach after leaving the Bay of Portmany. Port des Torrent is a natural harbour with a fine sandy seabed and a wide variety of marine fauna and vegetation; its calm waters are perfect for a day’s sailing. For those who like to snorkel, this is the ideal place on this route.

How to get there:
From the departure point, follow the coast of Cala de Bou until you leave the Bay of Sant Antoni. Without straying off course, this is the first large cove you will come across.

Where to anchor:
Maintain the distance between the marked bathing area and anchored boats.

Tip:
On the left bank, where the typical fishermen’s huts are located, you’ll be able to see some marine species among the rocks.

Approximate time to get there without stops: 15 mins.

Cala Bassa´s cave

Beautiful natural rock cave caused by the waves over time. It is also called the cave of love. A large number of pigeons nest inside.

How to get there:
From the starting point, after passing Port des Torrent, head west and follow the left bank of the coast until you reach this enclave, before Cala Bassa.

Where to anchor:
Being an area with many ledges and rocks, it is not possible to anchor.

Tip:
Carefully and slowly you can enter with the ship inside.

Approximate time to get there without stops: 20 mins.

Cala Bassa

Cala Bassa is considered one of the top beaches on the coast of Ibiza. Its bay shape with crystal-clear waters and sandy seabed forms a natural pool. The long, white sandy beach is surrounded by age-old junipers and shallow waters. In summer, its waters are calm and warm, perfect for dropping anchor and taking a dip.

How to get there:
From the departure point, head west and follow the left bank of the coast until you reach this enclave.

Where to anchor:
As there are large sandy areas it is not very difficult to drop anchor, but there are also some rocky and seaweed areas where it is not possible to anchor.

Tip:
Although there is a berth, it is only for passenger ferries. It’s also not possible to disembark on the beach itself.

Torre d’en Rovira

The Torre d’en Rovira was built in the 18th century to guard the islets of Poniente and the Port of Sant Antoni. It is a watchtower that was used to detect the arrival of intruders and pirates. The skyline is sublime with so many islets and captivating nooks and crannies all around.

How to get there:
Torre d’en Rovira is located between the beaches of Cala Bassa, Platges de Comte (Cala Conta), and the islets of s’Espartar.

Where to anchor:
As this is an area with many overhangs and rocks, it is not possible to anchor.

Approximate time to get there without stops: 30 mins.

Platges de Comte (Cala Conta)

This beach is a succession of three coves, set in a natural environment of extraordinary beauty with crystal-clear waters and very fine sand. An award-winning beach that has received numerous prizes from prestigious travel guides such as Condé Nast Traveler, Lonely Planet and National Geographic for its extraordinary scenery and turquoise waters, making this place a true paradise. The views are breathtaking and the sunset is unique.

How to get there:
From the departure point of the western route, it is the last of the must-see stops.

Where to anchor:
Mostly sandy seabed, combined with rocky areas. Depth reduced to half.

Tip:
One of the best places for swimming and snorkelling.

Cala Salada y Cala Saladeta

Cala Salada and Cala Saladeta are one of the most beautiful spots on the coast of Sant Antoni. A natural environment of turquoise waters and white-sand seabeds dotted with fishermen’s huts. A large natural pool ideal to take a dip.

How to get there:
North, just before Cap Nonó.

Where to anchor:
As this is a protected area due to its posidonia forests, it is forbidden to anchor, but you can pass by slowly and enjoy this marvellous enclave.

Tip:
Look out for the fishermen’s huts dug into the cliff.

Approximate time to get there without stops: 25 mins.

Punta Galera

Punta Galera, located in the surroundings of Cala Salada, is one of the most pristine and picturesque landscapes on the coast of Ibiza. Rocky terraced area, a natural, special and peaceful landscape.

How to get there:
From Sant Antoni take the Cala Salada route, leave Cala Gracioneta beach behind and when you see a large rocky outcrop you are about to arrive.

Where to anchor:
Due to its rocky bottom, it is not recommended to anchor.

Tip:
Area of famous mansions.

Approximate time to get there without stops: 20 mins.

Cala Gració and Cala Gracioneta

Two adjoining coves with transparent waters, sandy seabeds and rocks that are perfect for getting into the water and snorkelling. A seafaring nook surrounded by pine trees and dry dock huts.

How to get there:
You arrive by heading in the same direction as the first and second Cala Salada routes. Just past the cape of Es Cap Blanc.

Where to anchor:
As it is a rocky area with posidonia forests, anchoring is not recommended.

Tip:
Cala Gracioneta has a beach bar serving Mediterranean cuisine but does not offer an on-board delivery service.

Approximate time to get there without stops: 15 mins.

Caló des Moro

A small beach with clear waters and a rocky strip integrated into the town centre of Sant Antoni where you can observe the island of Conejera as a backdrop while you take a dip.

How to get there:
Go north, follow the coast of Paseo de Ses Variades and once you leave the Café del Mar you will arrive at Caló des Moro.

Where to anchor:
Parallel to the swimming channel, at a safe distance.

Tip:
The Cap Blanc Aquarium can be found there. A natural grotto that has been converted into an aquarium of native marine species

Approximate time to get there without stops: 12 mins.

Café del Mar, Mambo and sunset area

Visit the island’s most iconic chill out area as the sun sets and experience one of the most cosmopolitan parts of the Bay of Sant Antoni from the sea.

How to get there:
Head north, behind the breakwater that shelters the bay.

Where to anchor:
As it is a rocky area, it is not recommended to anchor. Do not go too close to the coast as the terrain is rocky.

Tip:
Don’t forget your sunglasses. Capture a once-in-a-lifetime moment with your phone.
